Jinko Solar, one of the world’s leading solar module manufacturers and energy storage solution providers, participated in Solar & Storage Live Africa 2026, which took place from 25–27 March at the Gallagher Convention Centre, Johannesburg.
At Hall 2, Booth B30, Jinko showcased its latest innovations, reinforcing its commitment to advancing high-performance solar and storage solutions tailored to Africa’s evolving energy landscape. The company’s participation focused on demonstrating its cutting-edge Tiger Neo 3.0 modules and Sungiga G2 energy storage system, both designed to deliver enhanced efficiency, reliability, and optimized performance across diverse operating environments.

A key highlight at the booth was Jinko’s low-light performance demonstration, where the Tiger Neo technology was benchmarked against other market offerings. This live showcase underlined the module’s superior energy yield capabilities under challenging irradiation conditions, making it particularly relevant for regions with variable sunlight profiles.

The Tiger Neo 3.0 modules, Sungiga G2, and Suntera G3 series are specifically adapted to the African environment. Engineered to withstand high temperatures, variable irradiance, and challenging grid conditions, these solutions offer enhanced durability, superior low-light performance, and flexible energy storage options—making them well-suited to meet the region’s diverse residential, commercial, and utility-scale energy needs.

On the night of March 25, Jinko hosted a 20th anniversary party under the theme “Empowering Africa with Jinko Tiger Neo 3.0.” The evening featured inspiring speeches from leadership, the unveiling of the Tiger Neo 3.0 technology, and a series of significant partnership signings totaling over one gigawatt. The celebration concluded with a lively gala dinner, marking two decades of innovation and shared vision in advancing solar energy across Africa.
