FSR Global Signs MoU with Solar Energy Corporation of India to Boost Energy Transition Initiatives

FSR Global has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI), a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), to collaborate on advancing India’s clean energy transition. The partnership aims to strengthen research, training, and policy dialogue in the renewable energy sector.

Under the MoU, both organizations will focus on:

  • Training and capacity-building for regulators, government officials, and energy professionals across public and private sectors.
  • Program development on renewable energy integration, market development, investment frameworks, and digitalization.
  • Collaborative research on emerging energy trends and policy reforms.
  • Expert and faculty exchange, including co-developed toolkits and policy guidance documents.
  • Co-hosting dialogues and stakeholder consultations to facilitate knowledge sharing.

The collaboration is expected to enhance institutional knowledge and build capacity for energy transition initiatives in India and the broader Global South.

FSR Global stated that this MoU represents a significant step toward strengthening expertise and coordinated action in renewable energy adoption, market development, and policy innovation.
