Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Hits 52-Week High After Reporting 89% Jump in Q4 Profit

Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited witnessed strong market momentum after its shares touched a 52-week high following the announcement of its fourth-quarter and full-year financial results for FY26, reflecting significant growth in revenue and profitability.

The company reported a net profit of ₹392.4 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, marking an 89% increase compared to ₹207.1 crore recorded in the same period last year. Revenue from operations during the quarter rose 62% year-on-year to ₹1,738.8 crore, driven by higher solar module shipments and expanding domestic demand.

Emmvee’s earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) stood at ₹571.1 crore for the quarter, registering a 58% increase compared to the corresponding period in the previous fiscal. The company maintained strong operating margins, reflecting improved cost efficiencies and production scale.

For the full financial year FY26, Emmvee reported total revenue of ₹5,049.9 crore, up 116% from the previous fiscal year. Net profit for the year rose 193% to ₹1,081.6 crore, highlighting the company’s accelerated growth trajectory amid rising solar demand across utility-scale and commercial segments.

Following the earnings announcement, Emmvee’s stock gained over 8% during intraday trading, reaching a new 52-week high as investors responded positively to the company’s strong operational and financial performance.

The company also disclosed an order book of 9.4 GW at the end of FY26, strengthening revenue visibility for the upcoming quarters. The growing order pipeline reflects increasing demand for domestically manufactured solar modules, supported by India’s renewable energy expansion and policy-driven manufacturing incentives.

The latest performance underlines Emmvee’s strengthening market position in India’s solar manufacturing sector as the company continues to scale its operations to meet rising clean energy demand.
