Websol Energy System Limited has reported strong financial growth for the fourth quarter and full year ended March 31, 2026, driven by higher production capacity, improved operational efficiency, and rising demand for domestically manufactured solar products.

The company posted a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹125 crore for Q4 FY26, registering a 157.9% increase from ₹48 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. Revenue from operations for the quarter rose 132.1% to ₹401 crore, compared to ₹173 crore in Q4 FY25. EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹146 crore, reflecting an EBITDA margin of 36.4%.

For the full financial year FY26, Websol reported a PAT of ₹303 crore, up 95.8% from ₹155 crore in FY25. Annual revenue climbed 82.4% to ₹1,049 crore, compared to ₹575 crore in the previous fiscal, while EBITDA increased 69.6% to ₹429 crore. The company reported an EBITDA margin of 40.8% for the year.

The strong performance comes as Websol continues to strengthen its manufacturing operations. Commenting on the performance, Managing Director Sohan Lal Agarwal said FY26 marked a significant milestone for the company, with the commissioning of Cell Line-2 enhancing production capacity and strengthening operational efficiency. He added that the TOPCon upgrade will play an important role in Websol’s upcoming integrated 2 GW cell and module facility.

The company attributed its record revenue and profitability to prudent working capital management, improved capacity utilization, cost optimization, and consistent operational execution.
