Onix Renewable has commissioned 115 MW of solar power capacity under the PM-KUSUM scheme in Gujarat, strengthening its position in decentralized renewable energy development and supporting the state’s agricultural power infrastructure. The projects are designed to provide clean energy to rural and agricultural consumers while advancing India’s renewable energy objectives.
The company has emerged as a leading developer under the PM-KUSUM Component-C programme in Gujarat, having commissioned the highest number of solar projects under the scheme. The achievement was recognized during the Vibrant Gujarat 2026 summit, where Onix Renewable was acknowledged for its contribution to feeder-level solarization and rural energy access.
According to the company, the projects contribute to decentralized power generation, improved grid reliability, and enhanced electricity availability for agricultural consumers.
