The new headquarters spans three units and has been designed to accommodate the company’s growing teams by bringing together employees across business functions in a collaborative and technology-enabled workplace. The facility supports HFE’s expanding global renewable energy portfolio, which currently exceeds 7.2 GW across India, Ukraine, Vietnam, and the United Kingdom. The company said its workforce has grown by an average of 40% over the past two years, reflecting its ongoing expansion across international markets.

The office incorporates modern workspaces, smart meeting rooms, flexible collaboration zones, and employee-centric facilities aimed at enhancing productivity and innovation. It also features a state-of-the-art command centre for real-time monitoring of renewable energy assets, an experience centre for customers and partners, and dedicated spaces for innovation, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

He noted that HFE has spent the past decade expanding its renewable energy capabilities across technologies, solutions, and international markets, adding that the new office has been created to foster innovation, collaboration, and sustainable business practices while supporting the company’s long-term vision.

HFE has expanded its clean energy portfolio in recent years through investments in hybrid renewable energy projects, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and green hydrogen initiatives. The company is developing and operating solar and wind assets while increasing its focus on hybrid renewable solutions, Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE), and storage-integrated projects designed to improve grid reliability and operational flexibility.
