Sineng Electric Ranked No. 1 for Utility-Scale Solar Projects Commissioned in India in 2025

Sineng Electric has been ranked No. 1 in utility-scale solar projects commissioned in India in 2025, according to the latest report released by Crisil Bridge to India, a leading renewable energy market intelligence and consulting firm specializing in India’s clean energy sector.

Based on utility-scale solar projects commissioned during the year, the ranking reflects actual market deployment and highlights Sineng Electric’s strong project execution capabilities, extensive market presence, and growing contribution to India’s renewable energy transition. The recognition further validates the company’s technological competitiveness, product reliability, and trusted partnerships across the country’s solar sector.

Aligned with the Government of India’s “Make in India” initiative, Sineng Electric has established a strong localized manufacturing and service ecosystem. The company operates an 8,900 m² manufacturing facility with an annual production capacity of 20 GW, supported by more than 280 local employees, seven service centers, seven spare-parts centers, and two regional marketing centers. To date, Sineng has achieved over 20 GW of cumulative PV inverter shipments in India.

Sineng’s utility-scale portfolio, including its 350 kW high-power string inverter and 4.4 MW central inverter, has been widely deployed across the country, delivering high efficiency, reliability, and grid adaptability. The company is also expanding its presence in the energy storage sector, supporting landmark projects such as the Khavda Energy Park through advanced PCS technologies and grid-forming capabilities.

“Achieving the No. 1 ranking in utility-scale solar projects commissioned in India is a testament to the trust of our customers and partners, as well as the strength of our localized strategy and technology leadership,” said William Gui, General Manager of Sineng Electric Asia Pacific. “As India continues to accelerate its energy transition, we remain committed to delivering high-performance solar and energy storage solutions that support the country’s long-term renewable energy goals.”
