CleanMax Commissions Record 530 MW Renewable Energy Capacity In Q1 FY27, Expands Portfolio To 4.2 GW

CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions Limited has reported its strongest-ever quarterly performance, commissioning more than 500 MW of renewable energy capacity during the first quarter of FY2027. The company added around 530 MW of new renewable energy projects, reflecting the growing demand for clean energy solutions from commercial and industrial consumers across India.

With this addition, CleanMax’s total operational renewable energy portfolio has increased from 3.6 GW at the end of March 2026 to 4.2 GW. Of the total operational capacity, nearly 3.5 GW belongs to the company’s Renewable Energy (RE) Power Sales business, while about 0.7 GW is part of its RE Services business.

The newly commissioned capacity was spread across several industrial states. Gujarat accounted for the largest share with 170 MW, followed by Karnataka with 160 MW and Maharashtra with 110 MW. The company also completed projects in Haryana and Chhattisgarh, taking the total number of commissioned project sites during the quarter to 11.

The RE Power Sales segment contributed 403 MW of the total addition, including around 350 MWp of solar capacity and 53 MW of wind energy. The RE Services business added another 126 MWp of solar projects through engineering, procurement, construction, and operations management services for corporate customers.

Commenting on the achievement, Kuldeep Jain, Founder and Managing Director of CleanMax, said that crossing the 500 MW commissioning mark in a single quarter reflects the strong demand for renewable energy from commercial and industrial customers. He added that the company remains focused on delivering projects on schedule and helping businesses accelerate their clean energy transition.

CleanMax continues to strengthen its position in India’s commercial and industrial renewable energy sector. The company has expanded its client portfolio with leading global technology firms, data centre operators, and industrial companies, including Meta, Apple, STT GDC India, Iron Mountain Data Centers, Princeton Digital Group, CEAT, and GACL. The company’s growth momentum has also been supported by a recent CARE AA-/Stable credit rating upgrade, reflecting its strong financial position and positive business outlook.
