In its first participation at Vietnam’s largest clean energy exhibition, Solplanet introduces its full battery storage range — from residential to C&I scale — and welcomes Global Energy Technology JSC and Daklak Electric JSC as authorized partners within the Vu Phong Energy Group-managed network
Solplanet arrives at Solar & Storage Live (SSL) Vietnam 2026, Booth 1-B27, with two announcements: the introduction of its complete battery energy storage range spanning residential to C&I scale, and a signing ceremony expanding its authorized partner network with Global Energy Technology JSC and Daklak Electric JSC through master distributor Vu Phong Energy Group. Both land in the same week that Vietnam issued Decree 243/2026/NĐ-CP — new regulations that introduce technical requirements specifically encouraging battery storage integration into the country’s direct power purchase framework.

Expanding the network through the Master Distributor
At SSL Vietnam, Vu Phong Energy Group and Global Energy Technology JSC formalize a partnership agreement in which Global Energy commits exclusively to Solplanet for its C&I solar and storage portfolio — with Simon Sun, Senior Regional Director Southeast Asia, presenting the partnership certificate on behalf of Solplanet. Global Energy Technology, a solar solutions provider with 10 years of experience, joins a network built and managed by Vu Phong Energy Group, whose national training infrastructure and certified partner program have been the foundation of Solplanet’s Vietnam expansion.
Simon Sun, Senior Regional Director Southeast Asia, Solplanet said: “Vietnam’s regulatory framework is becoming clearer, and this creates a stronger foundation for C&I solar and storage solutions. By expanding our authorized partner network together with Vu Phong Energy Group, we want to ensure that customers in Vietnam have access not only to reliable technology, but also to local expertise, training and service support.

“Vietnam’s solar market is growing into something more structured and more serious,” said Pham Nam Phong, Chairman and CEO, Vu Phong Energy Group. “Supporting that growth means building the right partnerships — not just in product, but in people and service capability. That is what this week is about.”
Introducing Solplanet’s Full Battery Storage Portfolio
During the two-day exhibition, Solplanet presents its complete battery energy storage lineup for the first time in Vietnam — spanning residential to commercial scale. On the residential side, the Ai-HB G2 high-voltage battery and the 16kWh Ai-LB G3 low-voltage battery support homeowners and small businesses looking to pair storage with hybrid inverters.
For commercial and industrial applications, the ASW 125K/261-PT All-in-One ESS Cabinet takes center stage: 261 kWh of LiFePO4 storage and a 125kW PCS in a single liquid-cooled cabinet — rated for over 8,000 cycles, IP55 protected, with an integrated EMS for real-time monitoring and remote management.

Vietnam’s Regulatory Moment
On 26 June 2026, Vietnam’s government issued Decree 243/2026/NĐ-CP, amending the Direct Power Purchase Agreement (DPPA) framework and rooftop solar regulations. The update widens DPPA participation to electricity retailers in industrial parks, data centers, EV charging stations, and battery swapping stations; gives large electricity users greater flexibility to purchase rooftop solar directly through private lines; clarifies technical requirements around zero-backflow devices; and promotes battery storage system integration. Administrative approvals are moving fully online under the new framework.
With Decree 243 in place, Vietnam’s C&I solar and storage market has the regulatory clarity to match its commercial momentum.
