The agreement was signed during the 12th India Energy Storage Week (IESW) 2026 held at IICC, Yashobhoomi, New Delhi. According to the company, the partnership marks the third strategic MoU signed by LPPL during the event and aligns with its product-led growth strategy focused on expanding collaborations across the Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) ecosystem.

Under the MoU, LPPL will serve as a preferred supplier of integrated BESS solutions for Bondada Renewable’s future projects. The collaboration covers the supply of DC Blocks, commercial and industrial (C&I) BESS cabinets, residential BESS, Power Conversion Systems (PCS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and battery containers. Project-specific supply agreements will be finalised through mutually agreed commercial terms.

Pace Digitek said the partnership leverages LPPL’s integrated manufacturing capabilities to deliver end-to-end energy storage solutions across the value chain. The addition of Bondada Renewable is expected to strengthen LPPL’s market reach while supporting the company’s strategy of expanding its BESS business through collaborations with EPC contractors, renewable energy developers, and system integrators.
