Borosil Renewables Allots 3.09 Lakh Equity Shares After Warrant Conversion

Borosil Renewables Limited has approved the allotment of 3,09,057 fully paid-up equity shares following the conversion of warrants issued earlier on a preferential basis to non-promoter investors. The decision was approved by the Management Committee of the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 15, 2026.

The allotment is part of the company’s preferential issue completed on February 14, 2025, when Borosil Renewables issued 78,80,436 warrants at an issue price of Rs. 530 per warrant. Under the terms of the issue, investors paid 25% of the warrant price, or Rs. 132.50 per warrant, at the time of subscription. The remaining 75%, amounting to Rs. 397.50 per warrant, was payable when investors chose to convert their warrants into equity shares on a one-to-one basis.

The latest share allotment took place after several warrant holders exercised their right to convert the warrants by submitting conversion notices and paying the outstanding balance. Among the investors who converted the highest number of warrants were Amit Lakra, who converted 1,00,005 warrants, and Amit Gunchandra Mehta, who converted 56,603 warrants. The remaining converted warrants were held by six other non-promoter investors who also completed the required payment for conversion.

Following this allotment, the company’s paid-up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 14,05,92,240, consisting of 14,05,92,240 equity shares with a face value of Re. 1 each. Borosil Renewables stated that the newly issued equity shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares, giving them the same rights and benefits as all other shares already in circulation.

The company has informed about the allotment in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. The filing confirms that the allotment has been completed after fulfilling the terms of the preferential warrant issue and the receipt of the balance subscription amount from the eligible investors.
