Atlanta Electricals Limited has reported strong financial performance for the first quarter of FY27, with consolidated revenue from operations rising 48.0% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹466.33 crore, driven by healthy order execution, higher capacity utilisation, and sustained demand from the transmission & distribution (T&D) and renewable energy sectors.
The company’s EBITDA increased 58.1% YoY to ₹77.10 crore, while the EBITDA margin improved by 105 basis points to 16.5%. Profit after tax (PAT) grew 50.4% YoY to ₹46.84 crore, supported by improved operating leverage, efficient project execution, and a favourable product mix.
Atlanta Electricals’ order book stood at ₹3,116.63 crore as of June 30, 2026, registering 25% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) growth. During the quarter, the company secured fresh orders worth ₹972.42 crore, providing strong revenue visibility across the T&D, renewable energy, and industrial segments.
Among the key order wins was a ₹291.68 crore contract from Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (RRVPNL) for the supply of high-capacity power transformers. The order includes 4 units of 160 MVA, 220/132 kV transformers, 63 units of 50 MVA, 132/33 kV transformers, and 12 units of 31.5 MVA, 132/33 kV transformers, further strengthening the company’s position in the high-capacity transformer market.
The company said its business mix continues to shift towards extra-high-voltage (EHV) transformers, with products rated 220 kV and above accounting for more than 55% of its order book. Additionally, 400 kV transformers and reactors contribute nearly ₹275 crore, reflecting continued expansion in the EHV transformer segment.
Atlanta Electricals also highlighted ongoing investments in manufacturing expansion. Following approval from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) to manufacture 400 kV-class transformers at its Vadod facility, development of 400 kV transformers at Vadod and 765 kV transformers at Atlanta Trafo remains on schedule. These initiatives are expected to support opportunities in transmission infrastructure, renewable energy integration, battery energy storage systems (BESS), data centres, and export markets.
The company added that it continues to improve manufacturing efficiencies through increased capacity utilisation, commissioning of its Inverter Duty Transformer facility, and backward integration of tank and radiator manufacturing.

Revenue from operations grew 48% year-on-year, while EBITDA and profit after tax recorded robust growth, reflecting the benefits of our expanded manufacturing capacity, disciplined execution, and improving operating leverage.”
He added that the company remains optimistic about long-term growth opportunities driven by investments in transmission infrastructure, renewable energy integration, battery energy storage systems, industrial electrification, and data centre development, while continuing to strengthen its capabilities in the EHV and ultra-high-voltage (UHV) transformer segments.
