ACME Solar Holdings Limited reported a strong financial performance for the first quarter of FY27, with consolidated profit after tax (PAT) rising nearly 80% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹2,353.3 crore, while revenue from operations increased 67.8% YoY to ₹8,575 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company’s Board of Directors approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results at its meeting held on July 29, 2026.
Consolidated total income for the quarter stood at ₹9,537.7 crore, compared to ₹5,839.9 crore in the corresponding period last year. Earnings per share (EPS) improved to ₹3.71 from ₹2.16 in Q1 FY26, reflecting higher profitability during the quarter.
On a standalone basis, revenue from operations surged to ₹22,663.1 crore from ₹2,826.6 crore a year earlier, while profit after tax increased to ₹1,217 crore from ₹35.7 crore in the corresponding quarter of FY26. Standalone EPS rose to ₹1.92 compared with ₹0.01 in the year-ago period.
During the quarter, ACME Solar continued deploying proceeds from its Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP). Out of net proceeds of ₹27,629.04 million, the company utilised ₹4,110.10 million towards repayment or prepayment of borrowings and ₹6,600 million for general corporate purposes, while ₹16,889.90 million remained unutilised as of June 30, 2026.
The company also allotted 723,642 equity shares to the Employee Welfare Trust under its ESOP Scheme 2025 during the quarter. The Trust subsequently transferred 54,433 shares to eligible employees upon exercise of vested stock options.
The Board stated that the financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and subjected to a limited review by the company’s joint statutory auditors before being approved.
