Advait Energy Transitions Limited (AETL) and Manipal Energy Infratech Limited (MEIL), a company of the Manipal Group, have signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MoU) to jointly pursue opportunities across the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Under the agreement, the companies will explore collaboration in power transmission and distribution, renewable energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS), green hydrogen, electrolyzers, High-Temperature Low-Sag (HTLS) conductors, Optical Ground Wire (OPGW), Emergency Restoration Systems (ERS), and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) solutions.
The partnership is intended to support the development of energy infrastructure projects and expand the companies’ presence across emerging clean energy and power transmission segments.
