Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited (WRTL), a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, has received a Letter of Award (LOA) to execute Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) works for a 124 MWp (88 MWac) ground-mounted solar PV project.
The company received the LOA on August 10, 2026, at 10:08 a.m. IST. The order has been awarded by a domestic renewable energy company and is classified as a commercial order.
Under the terms of the order, the solar project is scheduled to be completed during FY 2026–27. The order size is 124 MWp (88 MWac).
The company said the order does not involve any interest of its promoter or promoter group in the awarding entity and does not fall under related-party transactions.
