LONGi, a global leader in solar technology, has partnered with AGS International on a new grid-connected rooftop solar project for a warehouse in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The project deploys LONGi Hi-MO X10 645 W modules, delivering a total installed PV capacity of approximately 200 kWp.
By transforming underutilized warehouse roof space into a productive clean energy asset, the project will help reduce electricity consumption from the grid while improving the facility’s long-term energy efficiency.
At the heart of the project are LONGi Hi-MO X10 high-efficiency modules. Their high power output enables commercial and industrial customers to generate more clean electricity from limited rooftop space—an important consideration for warehouses, factories and other energy-intensive facilities.
The project reflects the growing role of distributed solar in Saudi Arabia’s commercial and industrial sector. Through collaboration with local and regional partners such as AGS International, LONGi continues to bring high-efficiency solar technology into practical applications, helping businesses improve energy efficiency, manage operating costs and advance their sustainability goals.

More broadly, rooftop solar can make an important contribution to Saudi Arabia’s sustainable economic development. By turning existing buildings into clean energy assets, it can support more efficient use of energy and land resources, enhance the competitiveness of commercial and industrial businesses, and encourage wider adoption of distributed renewable energy. The continued expansion of rooftop solar will help build a more resilient, efficient and sustainable energy foundation for the Kingdom’s long-term economic growth.
