GoodWe has again been included in BloombergNEF’s (BNEF) Tier 1 Power Inverter Manufacturers list for Q3 2026, marking its sixth consecutive quarterly inclusion since Q2 2025. This continued inclusion reflects GoodWe’s track record of supplying inverter solutions to qualifying bank-financed solar, standalone battery storage and hybrid projects.

A Project-Based Measure of Bankability
Updated quarterly, the BNEF Tier 1 list is widely referenced by financial institutions, EPC companies, project developers and investors as a project-based indicator of bankability when evaluating inverter manufacturers for large energy projects.
To qualify, a manufacturer must have supplied its own-brand, self-manufactured inverters to at least four different projects during the previous two years. Each qualifying project must have secured non-recourse financing from a commercial bank, while the projects must collectively involve at least two different commercial banks. Only financings for solar, standalone battery storage or hybrid projects involving at least 5 MW of inverter capacity are considered.
Product Innovation Supporting Energy Projects at Scale
GoodWe continues to strengthen the technology and engineering capabilities required for increasingly complex energy projects. For C&I and utility-scale applications across solar, energy storage and hybrid projects, its solutions bring together power conversion, grid interaction and intelligent energy management to address diverse site and grid requirements. This system-level approach supports reliable deployment and long-term operation throughout the project lifecycle.
Capabilities Behind Global Project Delivery
GoodWe’s global project delivery is supported by continued investment in R&D, manufacturing and service capabilities. The company has surpassed 100 GW of cumulative installed capacity worldwide and has an annual inverter production capacity of 35 GW. Its global operations include five R&D centers, more than 1,000 R&D professionals and 30 sales and service centers, enabling timely support for customers across key markets.
Looking ahead, GoodWe will continue to strengthen these capabilities and create long-term value for customers and partners across the evolving global energy market.
