Solex Energy Limited has secured work orders worth a combined ₹74.77 crore, including applicable taxes, from domestic entities for the manufacture and supply of Solar PV Modules.
The company disclosed the order wins in a filing with the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The orders are scheduled to be executed across December 2026.
According to the company’s disclosure, the contracts cover the manufacture and supply of Solar PV Modules. The work orders have been awarded by domestic entities, with the specific names of the entities not disclosed in the filing.
Solex Energy said the orders will be executed according to the terms specified in the respective contracts. The total consideration for the orders stands at ₹74.77 crore.
The company also confirmed that its promoter or promoter group has no interest in the entities awarding the orders. The contracts do not fall under related-party transactions.
The latest order wins add to Solex Energy’s project and manufacturing pipeline as the company continues to undertake Solar PV module supply contracts in the domestic market.
