ACME Solar Holdings Limited has incorporated four new wholly-owned subsidiaries to expand its presence in the renewable energy sector. The company disclosed the development in a regulatory filing submitted to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India on September 15, 2026, under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
The newly incorporated entities are ACME Greentech Twenty Five Private Limited, ACME Greentech Twenty Six Private Limited, ACME Greentech Twenty Seven Private Limited, and ACME Greentech Twenty Eight Private Limited. All four companies are based in Gurugram, Haryana, and will operate in the renewable energy power generation business.
The subsidiaries have been established with a focus on developing, setting up, and operating renewable power projects. ACME Solar Holdings Limited will maintain complete ownership and voting control in each of the four companies.
Each subsidiary was incorporated through a cash subscription to its initial paid-up equity share capital. ACME Solar Holdings subscribed to 10,000 equity shares in each company, with each share having a face value of Rs 10. This represents a total initial investment of Rs 1 lakh in each subsidiary.
According to the filing, the incorporation of the four companies did not require any prior regulatory or governmental approvals. The move adds four new entities to ACME Solar’s renewable energy development structure as the company continues to expand its project portfolio.
