KPI Green Energy Limited has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, KPGC Two Private Limited (KPGCT), to undertake activities across the renewable energy sector. The subsidiary was incorporated on September 26, 2026, and is registered with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
KPGC Two Private Limited has an authorized and subscribed share capital of ₹1 lakh, comprising 10,000 equity shares of ₹10 each. KPI Green Energy holds 100% of the shareholding in the newly incorporated entity. The subsidiary has not commenced business operations and therefore currently has no turnover.
The new company will operate in the renewable energy industry. Its stated objectives include generating, storing, transmitting, distributing, purchasing, selling, and supplying electricity and other forms of energy from conventional and renewable sources.
The subsidiary will also undertake activities related to solar, wind, hydro, biomass, and thermal energy, including establishing, owning, developing, operating, and maintaining power plants and energy storage systems.
KPI Green Energy said the incorporation is intended to support activities associated with power generation and energy infrastructure, including energy storage systems and related operations.
The acquisition was undertaken through cash consideration, with the cost of acquisition being ₹1 lakh. As KPI Green Energy is the sole shareholder of KPGC Two Private Limited, it holds complete ownership and control of the subsidiary.
No government or regulatory approvals were required for the incorporation, according to the company. KPGC Two Private Limited has been incorporated in India and is yet to commence its business operations.
