Bondada Engineering Limited has commissioned solar power projects with a total capacity of 221.7 MWp during the second quarter of FY27, marking a significant milestone in its renewable energy operations. The company disclosed the development to BSE Limited under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
The newly commissioned solar installations are located across Maharashtra and Gujarat and were executed for several major clients, including Adani, MAHAGENCO, KP Group, and Paradigm IT. With the completion of these projects, Bondada Engineering’s cumulative solar capacity executed to date has reached approximately 1.7 GWp.
The company said the achievement reflects its project execution capabilities and technical expertise in the renewable energy Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) segment. The projects were completed through structured project management practices, adherence to safety standards, and the application of established engineering processes.
The commissioning of the projects adds to Bondada Engineering’s portfolio of large-scale solar EPC assignments and expands its track record in delivering utility-scale renewable energy infrastructure across key Indian markets.
The company has stated that it will continue to focus on expanding its clean energy business while maintaining operational discipline and prudent capital allocation. Bondada Engineering said its approach will remain focused on strengthening execution capabilities and creating long-term value for stakeholders.
The latest commissioning comes as India continues to expand its solar power capacity and develop renewable energy infrastructure to support the country’s energy transition. EPC companies such as Bondada Engineering play a key role in translating project awards and development plans into operational renewable energy assets.
The Hyderabad-based company’s disclosure was formally submitted to the stock exchange and signed by Dr. Sonia Bidlan, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
