ACME Solar Holdings Limited has incorporated two new wholly owned subsidiaries, Amshuman Renewables Private Limited and Urjita Powertech Private Limited, on October 13, 2026, to expand its presence in the renewable energy power generation sector. Both companies are registered in Gurugram, Haryana, India, and will focus on developing, establishing, and operating power generation and renewable energy projects.
According to the regulatory disclosure submitted by ACME Solar Holdings Limited, the two subsidiaries have been established to support the development and operation of renewable energy projects. The incorporation of these entities represents a step in the company’s efforts to pursue opportunities in the power generation sector through separate corporate entities.
ACME Solar Holdings Limited holds a 100% shareholding in both Amshuman Renewables Private Limited and Urjita Powertech Private Limited. The company subscribed to the initial paid-up share capital of each subsidiary in cash. Each entity has an initial paid-up capital of Rs. 1,00,000, divided into 10,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs. 10 per share.
The total initial investment by ACME Solar Holdings Limited in the two subsidiaries amounts to Rs. 2,00,000. As the parent company holds the entire share capital of both entities, they will operate as wholly owned subsidiaries within the company’s corporate structure.
The disclosure also stated that no governmental or regulatory approvals were required for the incorporation of either company. The subsidiaries will operate in the renewable energy power generation sector, with their stated objectives covering the development, establishment, and operation of power generation and renewable energy projects.
The company formally communicated the incorporation details to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The regulatory filing was signed by Rajesh Sodhi, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of ACME Solar Holdings Limited.
The incorporation of Amshuman Renewables Private Limited and Urjita Powertech Private Limited adds two new entities to the company’s corporate structure. However, the disclosure does not specify individual project capacities, investment plans, locations for future projects, or timelines for commencing commercial operations.
