Bringing together 120 future female engineers around a shared vision of knowledge-sharing, innovation, and a more sustainable energy future.
On 28–29 September, Jinko Academy welcomed 100 female engineering students from the inaugural class at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University (PNU) in Saudi Arabia for two days of technical learning, industry insights, and knowledge-sharing. The initiative was organized in collaboration with the IEEE PES Saudi Arabia Chapter, Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, IEEE Young Professionals Saudi Arabia, and the Association for Electrical and Energy Engineering.

The programme provided students with opportunities to engage with industry knowledge, explore emerging technologies, and gain insights into developments shaping the renewable energy sector.
Beyond technical education, the initiative emphasized collaboration between academia and industry, mentorship, and knowledge exchange. Through interactive learning activities and industry engagement, participants gained exposure to the evolving requirements of the energy sector and potential career opportunities in renewable energy.
The programme also highlighted the importance of developing technical capabilities and encouraging greater participation of women in engineering and renewable energy-related professions.
Through Jinko Academy, JinkoSolar aims to support engineering education, promote industry knowledge-sharing, and strengthen partnerships with academic institutions. Such initiatives contribute to developing a skilled workforce capable of supporting the continued growth and transformation of the clean energy sector.
