Company highlights application-specific battery packs, BESS solutions and energy management technologies for electric mobility, telecom and energy storage applications.
NASH Energy, an Indian manufacturer of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells and integrated energy storage solutions, showcased its portfolio of battery packs, energy storage systems and battery management technologies at The Battery Show India 2026, held from October 22–24, 2026, at the India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, NCR.
At the exhibition, NASH Energy presented its Made-in-India NE32140 LFP cells alongside solutions spanning battery packs, battery enclosures, electric mobility applications, telecom energy systems and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
NASH Energy is part of the NASH Group, an engineering-led technology and manufacturing company with exports to more than 25 countries and an R&D centre in Japan. The company’s participation highlighted the Group’s ability to integrate product engineering, electronics, battery management capabilities and advanced manufacturing to develop application-specific energy solutions.
The showcase featured multiple battery pack configurations and enclosure designs developed for different application requirements. These included 5kWh battery packs with cylindrical and prismatic cells, along with a 16kWh battery pack in a single-enclosure design. NASH Energy also displayed a 5kWh E-Rickshaw battery pack and a two-wheeler battery solution comprising two 51.2V, 45Ah packs.
For telecom and distributed energy applications, the company demonstrated a 48V, 45Ah telecom enclosure, a 5kWh wall-mounted enclosure with NASH Energy branding and an integrated 1kWh battery solution with an inverter. An enclosure featuring a 6kWh battery pack was also presented to demonstrate battery enclosure design and pack architecture.
The exhibition also highlighted NASH Energy’s capabilities in larger-scale energy storage through showcase models of 261kWh and 500kWh Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). These displays provided an overview of the Group’s capabilities in developing scalable energy storage solutions to address emerging energy infrastructure requirements.
NASH Group has developed an integrated engineering ecosystem with the capability to manufacture 90% of a battery pack. According to the company, this enables it to support customers throughout the product lifecycle, from product development and engineering to manufacturing and deployment. Its energy technology capabilities include hardware and Smart Battery Management Systems (BMS) supporting LFP and NMC battery chemistries across applications such as electric mobility, renewable energy storage, UPS and telecom.
The Group’s energy technology portfolio is further supported by software and battery management solutions, including Battmonx, BMS Automation and EVolt. These technologies bring together battery monitoring, management and energy management capabilities. NASH Group’s integrated approach combines engineering, technology and manufacturing expertise to develop customised solutions aligned with specific industry and application requirements.
With more than 175 R&D engineers, over 15 manufacturing facilities, exports to more than 25 countries and over five decades of manufacturing experience, NASH Group continues to strengthen its capabilities as an engineering and technology partner for global customers. Through its group companies, NASH Industries, NASH Tech Labs and NASH Energy, the Group brings together expertise across precision manufacturing, electronics, embedded computing, intelligent vision, automation and energy technologies.
Founded in 1971, NASH Group has evolved from a manufacturing company into an engineering-led technology and manufacturing enterprise. Its capabilities span product design and development, electronics engineering, embedded systems, AIoT, Smart Vision, industrial computing, automation, energy technologies and advanced manufacturing, supporting the development and production of technology solutions for customers across global markets.
NASH Energy’s participation at The Battery Show India 2026 highlighted its expanding portfolio of domestically manufactured LFP cells, application-specific battery packs and scalable energy storage solutions, reflecting the growing importance of integrated battery technologies in India’s electric mobility and energy storage sectors.
