Maharashtra Energy Development Agency (MEDA) floated a tender for Aggregate 500 KW Grid Interactive Solar PV project at Jalgaon Municipal Corporation Under Amrut Abhiyan in the State of Maharashtra.
A pre-bid meeting for this tender will be held via video conferencing has been scheduled for 16/06/2020. The last date and time of submission of Bid is on 29/06/2020 up to 15.00 Hrs. Opening Date and Time of Technical Bids is 30/06/2020 at 15.00 Hrs. (Tentative).
The scope of work for successful bidders include Design, Engineering, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning for 500 KW Grid Interactive Solar PV project. The bidders are also required to provide a 5 Year Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) for this project.
Along with the bid, the bidders are required to submit a tender document fee of Rs.Rs. 29,500/-.Bidders are also required to submit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs. 2.25 Lakhs. The total Estimated Cost of this tender is Rs. 2.25Cr. As security deposit bidders are required to submit 3% of the Contract Value in the form of Demand Draft (DD) or Bank Guarantee (BG) within 15 days after placement of LOI.
Maharashtra Energy Development Agency is a Maharashtra government institute run with the Federal Government of India, to regulate energy conservation and to promote the development of renewable energy in Maharashtra State, including solar energy, bio-energy, and wind energy. MEDA is working as a State Nodal Agency (SNA) under the aegis of the Energy Department, the State of Maharashtra. MEDA is also working as a State Designated Agency (SDA) for the implementation of the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE).MEDA is also working as the State Designated Agency for energy conservation/energy efficiency activities in the State.
In March, Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments Limited (REIL) had floated a bid for setting up a solar PV based power plant with capacities ranging from 500kWp to 2 MWp or more at various locations/ substations of MSEDCL in the state of Maharashtra. The scope of work includes Design, Engineering, Supply, Construction, Erection, Testing, Transportation, Unloading, Installation, Commissioning of the project and the successful bidder should also provide Operation & Maintenance of the project for 25 years. The project is developed in two parts. Part I includes Site Surveys, submission of drawings for approval, Minutes of Meet, project design document, and Part II includes Implementation of small solar power plants including O&M for 25 years.
