Maharashtra Energy Development Agency (MEDA) recently floated two tenders for 20 kwp off-grid Solar PV power plant based on the high mast(9m) and 5 HPDC cap solar pump at Rajanpur (Khinkhini) and 95 kwp grid-connected solar rooftop at various 8 sites of Akola dist.
A pre-bid meeting for this tender has been scheduled for 16/06/2020 at 11:30 AM. The last date and time of submission of Bid is on 18/06/2020 up to 11:00 AM. Opening Date and Time of Technical Bids is 19/06/2020 at 11:00Hrs. The date & time of opening of Price Bid will be announced later.
The scope of work for successful bidders include Installation, Testing, And Commissioning With Five Years Comprehensive Maintenance Contract.The Period Of Work for this project is 30 days.
Along with the bid, the bidders are required to submit a tender document fee of Rs. 5000/-.Bidders are also required to submit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs.77,500/-. The total Estimated Cost of this tender is Rs. 77,50,000/- .As security deposit bidders are required to submit 3% of the Contract Value online after placement of work order.
The document highlighted that “MEDA reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids received at its discretion, without assigning any reasons.”

The scope of work for the bidders includes Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing, And Commissioning With Five Years Comprehensive Maintenance Contract.
