SECI Issues Details Of E-Consultation For EOI Of RE Based Solutions In Himalayas
Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has recently issued details of E-Consultation Meeting detail for “Expression of Interest for Renewable Energy (RE) based Solutions/ System/ Technology for meeting energy requirements in remote areas (HAA) of Himalayas, India. The notice stated that “Due to the current pandemic and lockdown on account of COVID19, the pre-bid meeting shall be conducted online as per the details mentioned below.” Prospective Participants were instructed to join the meeting on 05.10.2020.
SECI Issues E-RA Results for 2500 MW ISTS-connected Blended Wind Power Projects
Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) recently declared results of e-RA for 2500 MW ISTS-connected Blended Wind Power Projects (Tranche-IX). Vena Energy, JSW Solar and Inox wind quoted 160,1000 and 50 MW for blended wind power projects (Tranche IX). Vena Energy Vidyut Private Limited quoted the lowest tariff of ₹2.99 /kWh, , JSW Solar quoted tariff of ₹3 /kWh whereas INOX Wind Infrastructure Services Ltd quoted tariff of ₹3.41 /kWh under the bucket filling method.After e-Reverse Auction held on 14.08.2020 the shortlisted bidders were Vena Energy Vidyut Private Limited who was awarded 160 MW capacity for tariff of ₹2.99 /kWh and JSW Solar was awarded 1000 MW for tariff of ₹3 /kWh.

MNRE Issues Details Of EOI Submission For Installation Of Innovative Solar Pumps
The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) has passed an order inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) for installation of innovative solar pumps. The Ministry highlighted that all other terms and conditions mentioned in the Call for EOIs dated 23.09.2020 remain unchanged. Ministry later received requests from interested parties to allow submission of EOIs in soft copy through email. In this regard, the ministry decided that EOIs can be submitted through email to shobhit.srivastava@nic.in by 08.10.2020 till 1800 hours. EMD must be sent through a demand draft and a scanned copy of which may also be submitted through email.
