NTPC has recently revised its previous tender of 600 MW solar projects for EPC package in the country. The tender capacity has now been reduced to 500 MW .
The project location now is limited to Gujarat.
The last date for submitting bids was also revised from 22 June 2020 to to 24 November 2020.
In May, National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) floated an Invitation For Bids (IFB) for EPC package with land for development of ISTS grid connected solar PV projects up to 600 MW.
The scope of work for this tender includes Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply, Packing and Forwarding, Transportation, Unloading, Storage, Installation and Commissioning of grid connected Solar PV projects located anywhere in India on turnkey basis.
