Sterling & Wilson Solar Reports Net Loss of Rs 346.85 Cr in Q4 FY21

Sterling and Wilson Solar Limited reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 344.80 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2021.

Sterling and Wilson Solar Ltd, a Shapoorji Pallonji Group company, is a global pure-play, end-to-end solar engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) solutions provider.

The company had clocked Rs 128.59 crore net profit in the year-ago quarter, it said in a BSE filing. The total income of the company in the March quarter stood at Rs 1,416.33 crore, down from Rs 2,120.50 crore in the year-ago period.

Working revenue fell 33.8% to Rs 1,364.54 crore in This autumn FY21 from Rs 2,060.63 crore in This autumn FY20. The pre-tax loss was Rs 400.46 crore in This autumn FY21 in comparison with a pre-tax revenue of Rs 159.10 crore in This autumn FY20.

Through the 12 months SWSL reported a consolidated internet lack of Rs 290.04 crore in This autumn FY21 in comparison with a internet revenue of Rs 304.27 crore in This autumn FY20. Earnings from operations slipped 8.86% to Rs 5,080.80 crore in This autumn FY21 towards Rs 5,575.29 crore in This autumn FY20.
