Convergence Energy Services Ltd (CESL) and the World Resources Institute India have entered right into a pact to work on strategising for India’s transition in direction of a net-zero emission trajectory.
CESL is a subsidiary of the state-owned Energy Efficiency Services Ltd (EESL), a three way partnership of public sector firms below the Ministry of Power. WRI India is a research organization that turns big ideas into action at the nexus of environment, economic opportunity and human well-being.
“CESL and WRI India signed an MoU to work on strategising for India’s transition towards a net-zero emission trajectory,” WRI and CESL said in a statement.
Below the partnership, WRI India will assist CESL in constructing adaptive enterprise fashions to assist state governments realise their targets, together with decentralising renewable power and improving battery storage capacities.
