Sri Lanka Sustainable Energy Authority (SLSEA) invites bids for supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Solar Powered Water Pumps for Rajanganaya & Medawachchiya Farmer’s Organisations.
The Chairman, Department Procurement Committee for the above procurement invites bids from suitable service providers under National Competitive Bidding procedure. Interested bidders can inspect Biding document from official web site.
Non-refundable tender fee of LKR 2,000/=, has to be made for tender document and payment shall be deposited to SLSEA.
Bids shall be valid up to 15th March 2022 and bid should be accompanied by a Bid Security of LKR 250,000/= valid till 15 th April 2022 as mentioned in the bid document.
The sealed bids shall reach Procurement Division, Sri Lanka Sustainable Energy Authority on or before 11.30 hrs on 14th December 2021 Sri Lankan time (GMT + 5: 30 Time Zone). Late bids shall be rejected.
Due to Covid 19 situation in the country, the bids will be opened and read out the prices through a “Google Meet” without physical participation of bidders and will be opened on 14th December 2021 at 11.30 hrs Sri Lankan time (GMT + 5: 30 Time Zone).
Bidders, who wish to participate for this online bid opening shall mark an email address and telephone number in the outer side of
the envelope (of the bid).
