Vakrangee Announces Commissioning of 3.6 MW Solar Plant

Vakrangee Packaging LLP, one of the best manufacturers of export quality polypropylene bags in central India, has announced the commissioning of 3.6 MW ground-mounted solar project in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.  The project was installed by Vakrangee with the vision to green, and reduce its carbon footprint.


Vakrangee produces the range of polypropylene bags which is used in cement, agriculture, sugar, rice, fertilizer industries. The power produced by this solar plant shall be consumed by the manufacturing unit of VPL with the capacity of 3500 Metric tons per year. The plant has 540 WP high efficiency Waaree solar modules, and shall produce 6543 kWh, which shall reduce 6500 tons of carbon footprint yearly. The Non-recourse finance for this project was given by Bank of Baroda. Vakrangees advance supply chain management, and commitment to quality, makes us the leader in packing industry.
