BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS LIMITED (BHEL) invites tenders for Technical Operation and Maintenance works of 100 MW Solar Photovoltaic Grid-connected Power plant at GSECL, Raghanesda Solar Park Phase-I, Gujrat for a period of 120 months.
The last date to submit the bid is 22 August 2022, till 1:00 PM and bids will be opened on the same day at 2.00 PM
Estimated Value of the project is Rs. 11,13,33,500/- plus GST as applicable.
Earnest Money Deposit to accompany Tender is Rs. 10,00,000/-
Security Deposit is 5% of the contract value (excluding GST). Bidder agrees to submit performance security required for execution of the contract within the time period mentioned. In case of delay in submission of performance security, enhanced performance security which would include interest (SBI rate + 6%) for the delayed period, shall be submitted by the bidder.
Further, if performance security is not submitted till such time the first bill becomes due, the amount of performance security due shall be recovered as per terms defined in NIT / contract, from the bills along with due interest.
The average Annual Financial turnover of the interested bidder during the last 3 years ending 31st March of the previous financial year, should be at least 30% of the NIT value (Rs. 394.12 lakhs including GST). Participating bidders must have completed similar works in the past seven years.
Last month BHEL had issued tender for the supply of 10.27 million monocrystalline passivated emitter and rear contact (PERC) solar cells with a wattage output of 5.38 W.
In the month of June, BHEL had invited traders to bid for renewable power certificates (RECs), from the Nationwide Load Despatch Center (NLDC), and trade them on the energy markets for Ranipet’s 5 MW photovoltaic Project.
