Gujarat State Electricity Corporation (GSECL) has issued RFP document for EPC package with land & connectivity for development of AC grid connected solar photovoltaic power projects up-to capacity of 220 MW anywhere in Gujarat under GUVNL Rfs (Phase XVI) including Comprehensive operation & maintenance for Ten (10) years.
Bid Validity is of 120 days from the date of opening of the Technical Bid of the tender.
Last date for submitting bids is August 17, 2022. The bids will open on the same day.
Estimated Cost of Tender is INR 880 Cr. and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) in the form of Bank Guarantee (Refundable/adjustable) is INR 8.8 Cr
The bidders’ net worth in the most recent financial year should be positive. If a bidder is a subsidiary company of 100 % and fails to meet the annual turnover criteria, the holding company will be required to fulfill the requirements.
Bidders must have designed, supplied, erected and supervised grid-connected solar power projects with a cumulative installed capability of 20% or more of the total bid capacity. At least one plant must have been at least 5% of the total bid capacity. Minimum 6 months must have passed since the bid opening date for the minimum capacity reference project for 5%. Bidders should quote project capacity of 50 MW minimum for each location with additional capacities in multiple of 50 MW.
GSECL had floated a tender for Design, Engineering, Supply & procurement, construction, erection, testing, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of 20 MW Solar Photovoltaic grid connected power plant at Itiya of Bhavnagar District around substation of GETCO in the State of Gujarat.
