Ministry has further updated the List – I (Manufacturers and Models of Solar PV Modules) of ALMM Order, 2019 as on 18.08.2022, Revision- VII.
The List-I (Manufacturers and Models of Solar PV Modules) of ALMM Order, 2019 has been updated vide Ministry’s O.M.s of even no. dated 17.08.2021, 29.09.2021, 10.11.2021, 30.12.2021, 04.03.2022 and 05.04.2022.
The government had previously notified that only approved manufacturers and modules on the ALMM List will be eligible to use in government schemes, projects, and bid-outs for projects after 10 April 2021.
According to latest list there are currently 66 module producers enlisted under ALMM.
The list includes Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments, which has 23 MW of capacity, Neety Euro Asia Solar Energy with 28 MW, Shivam Photovoltaics – 30 MW, Sahaj Solar has 100 MW and Raajratna Ventures which has 96 MW of capacity.
Another update is Waaree Energies, RenewSys India and Mundra Solar added new modules to this list. The revised capacity of Waaree Energies is 2650 MW, RenewSys India is 487 MW and 562 MW is of Mundra Solar.
