Trina Solar has introduced a 25-year product warranty for its Vertex S module, for Australian and New Zealand residential applications, in response to customer needs.
The Vertex S and Vertex S all-black modules previously had a 15-year product warranty for Australian and New Zealand households. The new version of these modules, which are both p-type modules, now has a 25-year warranty.
The premium version Vertex S+ which is a n-type module, already came with a 25-year product warranty.

“Offering extended warranties is important, as it can help customers to make their purchasing decision by giving them ‘peace of mind’ and greater confidence,” he says.
Single module power for the upgraded version of Vertex S modules has increased by up to 30W. This additional power has been achieved by implementing the latest 210mm rectangular silicon wafer technology and innovative module design.
