Gensol, an Ahmedabad-based EPC services and the solar advisory company announced that it had commissioned a ground-mount solar project with a 6.7MWp capacity for Shree Cement Ltd. The plant will provide power for Shree Cement’s Panipat, Haryana cement manufacturing facility.
This project uses Waaree’s mono PERC modules of 540Wp and Sungrow inverters of 200 kW capacity. It is estimated to save approximately 9192 metric tonnes equivalent in CO2 emissions each year.
Gensol Engineering was established in 2012 and provides consulting services such as technical due diligence, quality control, construction supervision, engineering oversight, and detailed engineering. The EPC division has so far installed more than 350 MW solar power plants.
Recently, the company announced that it had solar project orders of INR 531 crore. These projects have a combined capacity of more than 121 MWp and will be developed in Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Karnataka, Gujarat, and more.
