The company has announced diversification and to focus its business activity into the solar industry.
The company is open to exploring business opportunities in renewable energy. It is planning to enter into Joint Venture(JV) with Seven Greens Solar Systems Pvt. Ltd.
Looking to the future demand of renewable energy and initiative taken by the central government to boost this sector, the company would benefit substantially, said the company statement. The company also expects to double its turnover and profits by entering into the JV.
Solar energy in India has had a noticeable impact on the energy scenario in the past few years, the company said in its exchange filing, “If we effectively use this energy resource, we can quickly meet the energy requirements of the entire country.”
The company is planning to participate in the government’s PLI scheme to boost manufacturing of high-efficiency solar modules.
