Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd (MSEDCL) desires to procure 230 MW (AC) solar power through competitive bidding process (followed by e-reverse auction) from projects to be connected at distribution network (11/22 KV) in Maharashtra under “Mukhyamantri Saur Krishi Vahini Yojana”.
MSEDCL plans to develop these projects in various capacities across 21 Maharashtra districts at 87 locations.
Last date for submission of Technical & Financial bids 16.12.2022 upto 16.00 Hrs. Technical Bid will be opened on the same day at 18:00 Hrs.
Ceiling Tariff is Rs. 3.30 per unit. Cost of RfS Document (non-refundable) is Rs. 15000 + 18% GST to be paid through online payment. Processing Fee (non-refundable) is Rs. 10,000 per MW + 18% GST to be paid through online payment. EMD Rs. 1 Lakh / MW is to be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee or paid through online payment along with response to RfS.
The Solar Power Generator shall be responsible for design, finance, procurement of land, engineering, procurement, construction, operation and maintenance of the project under and in accordance with the provisions of the PPA to be entered into between the Solar Power Generator and MSEDCL.
MSEDCL shall enter into Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Bidders selected based on this RfS for purchase of solar power for a period of 25 years from the
Commercial Operation Date of the solar power projects based on the terms, conditions and provisions of the RfS. The tariff payable to Selected Bidder shall be fixed for 25 years. The project must be commissioned within 12 months from the LoA.
