NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL) invites online bids from eligible bidders on Single Stage Two Envelope (i.e. Envelope-I: Techno-Commercial Bid and Envelope-II: Price Bid) for Supply of Solar PV Modules for 325 MW Solar Project(s) in Shajapur Solar Park, MadhyaPradesh.
The scope of work under the subject package inter alia includes Manufacturing, Supply, and Packing and Forwarding, Transportation of open category ALMM listed crystalline solar PV Modules (Minimum 530 Wp Nominal rating) of cumulative DC capacity of 460.55 MWp at Shajapur Solar PV Project of NTPC-RE Ltd in Madhya Pradesh.

Pre Bid Conference and Last Date for receipt of queries from prospective Bidders is 08.12.2022.
Last Date and Time for receipt of bids comprising both Techno-Commercial Bid and Price Bid is 19.12.2022 15:00:00 (IST) and bids will be opened on the same date at 15:30:00 (IST).
Cost of Bidding Documents is INR 22,500/- (Indian Rupees Twenty-Two Thousand Five hundred only).
All bids must be accompanied by “Bid Security” for an amount indicated as per table below and in the form as stipulated in the Bidding Documents:
