Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd (MSEDCL) issued RfS Document for procurement of 450 MW (AC) solar power from projects to be developed in Maharashtra through competitive bidding process (Followed By e – Reverse Auction).
Last date & Time for Online Submission of tender is 30.01.2023 till 16:00 Hrs and bids will be opened on the same date.
Scope of working includes design, finance, engineering procurement construction operation and maintenance.
The project’s minimum capacity is 1 MW and maximum is 10 MW.
A ceiling tariff established by MSEDCL is at Rs3.20/kWh. The processing fee for bidding is Rs10,000 /MW + 18% GST).
As an earnest money deposit, they must also provide Rs100,000/- Before signing the power purchase agreement (PPA), the selected bidders will need to deposit a performance guarantee of Rs500,000 /MW within 30 days.
MSEDCL will enter into a PPA agreement with the selected bidders, for a period of 25 years starting from the date of commercial operation of the solar projects.
According to the tender, only commercially-established and operational technologies could be used to reduce risk and ensure timely commissioning.
Additionally, the net worth for the financial year must not be lower than Rs 5.5 Million per MW of the quoted capacity.
The minimum annual turnover for bidders in the last financial year should not exceed Rs2.5 million per MW of the quoted capacity.
