Gading Kencana Sdn Bhd with Affin Bank offers an interest-free financing package for solar panel installations to encourage the adoption of renewable energy.
Package for domestic installation of 2 kW (kilowatts) is offered at RM13,000.
Gading Kencana MD Datuk Ir Guntor Tobeng stated that users who order solar installations will be provided with Affin Bank’s credit card in order to finance them with the interest rate paid by Gading Kencana.
“We offer a promotion to put solar on and receive an Affin Bank credit card with Gading Kencana to help pay the interest.
Gading Kencana will pay the interest costs, so they don’t have to pay any monthly installments. He also stated that they will have low monthly electricity bills.
Guntor said that a 2kW-sized solar installation would be suitable for people who have a monthly bill between RM200 to RM300.
Solar will allow them to save up to 50% on their monthly electricity bills. This can be used to pay the monthly installments of the payment plan for five years.
He stated that users would be able to use electricity with complete freedom after 5 years.
Gading Kencana will offer after-sales services, including scheduled maintenance and repairs, to ensure that users can continue to use the solar system without interruption.
