B.Grimm Power Establishes A New Subsidiary Amata B.Grimm Vietnam

B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited informs that Amata B.Grimm Power Limited, a 51.2% subsidiary of B.Grimm Power, completely established a new subsidiary in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, namely Amata B.Grimm Vietnam Company Limited.

B.Grimm Power is one of the largest private power producers in Thailand.

Recently, B.Grimm Power announced a new strategy “Green Leap: Global and Green” which focuses on 3 scopes: 1) Industrial Solutions 2) Independent Power Producers 3) Sustainable Fuels.

With strength in industrial customers and renewable energy, the company aims for a 10,000 MW of secured power purchase agreements by 2030 and achieves Net-Zero carbon emissions by 2050.
