Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has invited tenders for General Operation and Maintenance works of a 100 MW Solar Photovoltaic Gridconnected Power plant at GSECL, Raghanesda Solar Park Phase-II, Gujarat. The contract period will be for 120 months from the date of work order, and the tender system will be a single stage, two-part bid.
The qualifying requirement for the tender will be as per the NIT Terms and Conditions, and the estimated value of the contract is Rs. 9,74,05,940 /- excluding GST. Bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit of Rs. 10,00,000/- along with their tender.
Exemption for MSEs / NSIC Registered bidders is not applicable for this tender, and a Security Deposit of 5% of the contract value (excluding GST) will be required. Bidders will be required to submit a performance security for the execution of the contract within the time period mentioned. In case of delay in submission of performance security, enhanced performance security which would include interest (SBI rate + 6%) for the delayed period shall be submitted by the bidder.
If the performance security is not submitted till the first bill becomes due, the amount of performance security due shall be recovered as per the terms defined in NIT /contract from the bills along with due interest.
The last date to submit bids for this tender is April 1, 2023, and the bids will be opened on the same day.
