KPI Green Energy Commissions 26.1 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project in Gujarat

KPI Green Energy Limited has announced the commissioning of its 26.1 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project, which includes 16.1 MW of wind and 10 MWdc of solar capacity. The project, located at the Shungar site in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, is a part of the company’s own power generating asset portfolio and has been developed under the Gujarat Wind-Solar Hybrid Power policy 2018.

As per the company’s disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, KPI Green Energy Limited has successfully commissioned the project, and it has already made arrangements for selling the power generated to Commercial and Industrial (C&I) clients.

The project’s successful commissioning will help KPI Green Energy Limited strengthen its position in the renewable energy market and increase its contribution to India’s growing renewable energy sector. The company’s focus on generating power from renewable sources aligns with India’s ambitious plans to increase the share of renewable energy in the country’s power mix.
