Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Limited (GSECL) is seeking consultancy services for conducting a feasibility study and preparing a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the establishment of a 1500 MW Floating Solar Plant in Dist. Tapi, Gujarat.
The purpose of this tender is to award a contract to a consultant who will undertake the necessary assessments and provide a comprehensive report on the feasibility of setting up the proposed floating solar park.
Interested bidders are required to submit a non-refundable tender fee of INR 11,800 (inclusive of 18% GST) in the form of a Demand Draft (DD) favoring Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Ltd, Vadodara. Additionally, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of INR 6,83,000 should be submitted as a Demand Draft or Bank Guarantee (BG) in favor of Gujarat State Electricity Corporation Ltd, Vadodara.
Pre-bid queries must be submitted by 22.05.2023, 16:00 Hrs, while a Pre-bid Meeting will be held on 25.05.2023 at 11:30 Hrs through video conference (VC). Bidders must provide participant details via email to eepl.gsecl@gebmail.com before 24.05.2023, 16:00 Hrs.
The last date for online submission of bids is 01.06.2023, 16:00 Hrs. The deadline for the submission of the Tender Fee & EMD Envelope is 06.06.2023, 16:00 Hrs.
The technical bid will be opened on 01.06.2023, 16:30 Hrs.
