Uttar Pradesh New & Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA) has announced an invitation for online bids from prospective bidders through the e-procurement portal. The bids are for a rate contract that involves the design, survey, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and 5-year comprehensive maintenance of distributed grid-connected solar PV systems. The purpose of this initiative is to solarize 1000 agriculture pumps under the KUSUM Component C-1 Scheme in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
Key details of the tender include a non-refundable tender document fee of Rs 10,000 + 18% GST, an earnest money deposit (EMD) of 2% of the estimated project cost, and the availability of the tender document on the website from 22nd May 2023, 6:00 pm onwards. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 2nd June 2023 at 12:30 pm. The bid submission deadline is set for 15th June 2023, until 6:00 pm. The online technical bid opening is slated for 16th June 2023 at 12:30 pm.
