Super Energy Corporation Successfully Concludes Phase 1 Of Share Purchase In Vietnam’s Solar Power Sector

Super Energy Corporation Public Company Limited has provided an update on the progress of its share purchase in a solar power business in Vietnam.

As per the Share Purchase Agreement, the Company’s subsidiary, SUPER ENERGY GROUP (HONG KONG) CO., LIMITED, has completed Phase 1 of the share disposal, representing 49% of SOLAR NT HOLDINGS PTE. LTD.

The transaction was finalized with SUPER ENERGY GROUP receiving USD 51 million (equivalent to THB 1,796.68 million) out of the total transaction value of USD 165 million.

The remaining phases of the transaction, namely Phase 2, Phase 3, and Phase 4, are expected to be completed within this year. These phases involve three projects with a combined capacity of 550 MW, further contributing to the Company’s presence in the solar power sector in Vietnam.

The Company’s progress in acquiring shares in the Solar Power Business demonstrates its commitment to expanding its renewable energy portfolio and capitalizing on the growing demand for clean energy in Vietnam.
