Indian Oil Corporation Limited (Marketing Division) has released an e-tender inviting bids for the Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of their existing 3 MW Solar plant at the Indane Bottling Plant in Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh. The tender, issued under a “Single-Bid System” (Part A: Technical-Bid/Price-Bid), aims to award a contract for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of the solar facility.
The Kadapa LPG bottling plant, located in the Industrial Development Area, Puttalampalli Village, will be the project site for the O&M services. The estimated value of the contract is Rs. 49,30,215/-, which includes GST at 18%. The validity of the offers submitted by bidders will be 180 days from the date of opening of the technical bid. If needed, Indian Oil Corporation may request an extension of the offer’s validity from the participating bidders.
The contract period for the CAMC is set for one year, during which the selected contractor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the 3 MW solar plant. The tender number and details can be found on the online e-tender portal.
