SOFAR, the global leading provider of all-scenario solar PV and energy storage solutions, has forged a 100 MW contract of supplying SOFAR 255KTL-HV utility string inverters for solar plants in Tamil Nadu with Velan Infra, a reputed company engaged in the business of setting up solar power projects across India. The commissioning of the entire 100 MW project is expected to be completed by November 2023.
SOFAR 255KTL-HV is a highly efficient and reliable inverter designed for utility solar. The inverter boasts an impressive 12 MPPTs with a max. efficiency up to 99.02%, able to create optimal values for end users. Its IP66 and C5 protection ensures stable operation even under varying weather conditions. The AC/DC dual power supply design and 24/7 monitoring can realize protection against power failures. Additionally, the I-V curve scanning provides real-time updates on the system performance.
